The expansion of access to preschool education in the city will likely be built on public-private partnerships, but will also depend on city leadership and available funding, presenters told the School Committee Thursday night.
Kim Davenport and Eve Gilmore of Edward Street Child Services presented to the committee the fruits of a planning grant that looked at how to build partnerships to strengthen early education in the city.
